At the Mouratoglou International School and for more than 20 years, our priority and responsibility have been to help students reach their full potential and achieve their projects.

With small classes and passionate teachers, personalised attention for each student, the ability to learn several languages, and the opportunity to develop a cosmopolitan environment rich of 45 different nationalities, we make every effort to provide students with an environment conducive to success and unique in Europe.

Each year, at the end of their studies, it is with pride and emotion that I like to observe their evolution and their fulfilment.

Experienced and passionate teachers

With more than 30 teachers of different nationalities and backgrounds, the Mouratoglou International School’s teaching team teaches in a professional atmosphere and is available both on-site and remotely. Their experience in schools with flexible timetables enables them to understand the difficulties encountered by students in combining their schooling with sport or artistic activity.

Madeleine OTTATI

French Teacher, international school, since 7 years at MIS

Graduated with a Master’s degree in FLES (French as a Foreign and Second Language) in 2012, I am a French teacher at the Mouratoglou International School for students from different languages and countries. The small level groups allow us to offer courses adapted to each student and to provide the necessary support for their evolution. Classes are held in a playful spirit, but we nevertheless ask students to be rigorous and to invest in their learning.

Boris FICHOU

History-Geography Teacher for 6 years at the MIS.

Professor of geographical history since 1993, with the award of the Aggregation in 2022, the teaching profession is a real passion. At Mouratoglou International School since 2015, I have the pleasure of teaching in a professional and friendly environment. We seek to achieve excellence in training students for the Grandes Ecoles and renowned universities. I am happy to be able to contribute to their learning.

Mr. POZNANSKI

International school social studies’ teacher for the last 2 years at MIS

After graduating from high school at the International School of Nice, I did my Master’s degree at the Geopolitical Institute of the University of Sussex in 2021. Attracted by the desire to help educate the young minds of tomorrow, I thereafter completed an International PGCSE at the University of Nottingham in 2014. I subsequently joined the MIS. It’s exciting to have students so dedicated to pursuing their dreams. It creates a dynamic and hard-working atmosphere in every class.

Sam BRAHAME

Mathematics teacher since 12 years at the MIS.

After graduating with a Masters in Mathematics more than 20 years ago, I joined the Mouratoglou Academy in 2009. Working with motivated students, in a very pleasant environment and within a close-knit team, is a great opportunity. The children’s success and development are our priorities. We, the teachers, must be able to adapt ourselves to each student to accompany them in their project and to build a relationship of trust with the parents who are often far away.

Ms. MAYERBERGER

International school maths teacher for the last 5 years at MIS

I was fortunate enough to study and earn my Bachelor’s degree at Florida Tech and my Master’s and PhD at UCLA in the United States in 2007. Teaching has always been one of my passions. Every student has his or her learning curve and needs to be pushed to the best of his or her ability. The relationship with each student is different. Students can always turn to us for help or advice. Every day is unique and different. The Academy embodies excellence and I feel honoured to work with such professional and positive people. Being a student at Mouratoglou means becoming the best version of yourself in an optimised and safe environment.
